Raw materials for Yunxiao

Ingredient: 500g banana.

Production steps of Yunxiao

1. Peel the banana and cut it into a rectangular piece of 1.5cm in length, 5cm in width and 1cm in thickness.

2. Cut Jingao and jujube into slices of the same size as banana slices (if the jujube is not big enough, two pieces can be put together).

3. Take two bananas, a piece of golden cake and a piece of jujube in the middle to make duanxiao, 15 pieces in total.

4. put the egg white in the large dish, use chopsticks to extract the white foam and add the rice noodles.

5. In a frying pan, add peanut oil and heat it to 50% heat. Dip duanxiao's six sides with a layer of flour, then cover them with egg white paste. Deep fry them in an oil pan (do not color them). Remove the oil, place it in a plate and sprinkle with sugar.
