Sponge mosaic production steps:

1. Make sponge roll: use S.P sponge cake to make cake embryo, about 0.02CM thick, scrape a layer of apple sauce on the surface, roll forward, slice.

2. Make cream jelly: mix in whipped cream with clear jelly ingredients.

3. Spread the sponge roll on the mold wall neatly, then pour the cream jelly into the mold mouth, and let it solidify in the refrigerator. After solidifying, trim the edge and cover it on the flat plate.
