Sculpture Park

Qingdao sculpture park is located on the Bank of huanghaibin in the eastern New District of Qingdao. It is jointly founded by Qingdao municipal government, Dongying Chuangxing Cultural Media Co., Ltd. and various artists in China. It consists of indoor sculpture art museum and outdoor sculpture park, with a total planning area of 8 hectares and a total investment of more than 40 million yuan. Among them, the indoor area is more than 3800 square meters, mainly collecting modern and Chinese and foreign sculpture works; the park displays excellent outdoor sculpture works at home and abroad, mainly displaying the representative works and famous works of modern and contemporary Chinese sculptors in the 20th century.

Wuhu sculpture park is located in Shenshan Park, the core area of Chengdong new district, which echoes the belt landscape on the east side of the Central Park. The green area of the whole sculpture park is 82000 square meters. The sculptures are interspersed in green mountains and waters, surrounded by nearly 1000 trees such as Cinnamomum camphora and Ulmus pumila, together with more than 1 million four seasons flowers and trees such as honghuajimu and Liriope latifolia, forming a beautiful picture of blooming in spring, shade in summer, multicolor in autumn and green in winter.

The green area of the sculpture park is 82000 square meters. The construction started on August 17, 2011 and was grandly unveiled on November 27. As the only theme park that combines sculpture culture and natural landscape in domestic urban parks, Wuhu Sculpture Park skillfully integrates "three-dimensional art" into the landscape, creating a distinctive urban public art and cultural space. The sculpture park is full of poems and paintings, which makes tourists enjoy it and attracts many art majors and lovers. The styles of these works are diverse, either classical, modern, concrete or abstract. Some of them show the prosperity and fashion of urban life, and some of them show the flexibility and variety of Jiangnan landscape. Creation time

On November 27, 2011, the first international sculpture exhibition of "Liu Kaiqu (founder and first president of China Sculpture Society, Anhui Huaibei people)" was held in Wuhu, China. Wuhu sculpture park opened to show the world the beautiful sculpture feast. 521 artists from 40 countries and regions all over the world contributed more than 2000 works, and 66 of them were selected for the first "Liu Kaiqu Award" International Sculpture Exhibition in Wuhu, China in 2011.

Grain of heaven No.1

Wuhu is known as the land of fish and rice for its rich resources, as well as the first of the "four major rice markets" in China. Starting from the rice culture of Wuhu, the author of the work "grain of heaven" No.1 tries to enlarge the scale of a grain of rice, trying to take a tiny grain of rice as a symbol, and exaggerate the form of this seemingly insignificant but supporting all the people in the world.

The main body of the fast horse and whip whip and the shape of the mountain form a door structure. It expresses Wuhu's spirit of "rushing out" into a new world in the era of reform and opening up.
