CCTV new site (big underpants)

CCTV's new site is located in the Middle East Third Ring Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing (the former "North Auto Motorcycle site"), close to the East Third Ring Road, and located in the CBD core area, covering an area of 197000 square meters. The total construction area is about 550000 square meters, the highest building is 234 meters, and the total investment in construction and installation is about 5 billion yuan. The construction contents mainly include: main building (CCTV), TV Culture Center (TVCC), service building and media park. After the completion of the project, CCTV will have the broadcasting capacity of 200 program channels.

The main architect of the building is Rem Koolhaas, who is a famous architect in the world and a Dutchman. A five-star hotel will be built in the new CCTV site. The CCTV building is mainly composed of two parts, namely, a five-star hotel and a TV culture center. The hotel is located in the main body of CCTV building. On the fourth and fifth floors of the building, there are hotel lobbies, restaurants, shops, swimming pools and other public places. The atrium is surrounded by 300 guest rooms on the north and south sides of the upper hall, and the top of the main building is the hotel's flavor restaurant.
