Yongqing temple, located in taishantun village, Dalijia street, Jinzhou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is a Buddhist temple for men. It was built in the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty. It was renovated in the Qing Dynasty, the Republic of China and the puppet Manchukuo period, and was destroyed during the Cultural Revolution.

brief introduction

In 1994, local people raised funds to rebuild Yongqing temple on the original site. In 2001, Yongqing temple was identified as a "municipal key cultural relics protection unit". In 2006, master Shi Hengshun, an eminent monk of Shaolin, passed on the Scriptures and became the abbot of the temple. He changed his name to Yongqing temple in northern Shaolin. Yongqing temple fair, also known as Taishan temple fair, is an intangible cultural heritage of Dalian city. The temple fair starts from April 27 to 29 of the lunar calendar, and the first day of the temple fair is April 28 of the lunar calendar.

Transportation route: 1. Self driving from Dalian, take Danda expressway, get off at Desheng toll station, pass Dongda line to Dalijia, then pass Dacheng line and Dacheng line to Yongqing temple. 2. Self driving from Dalian, take Zhenxing road into the Development Zone, pass Jinma road Liaohe Road Jinshi road Binhai Road to dalijiachengzi village, then turn left to take Dacheng line to taishantun village.
