Xi'an textile park is a rest park located in the eastern suburb of Xi'an Textile City. It was planned and designed in 1954, started construction in 1972 and opened to the public on July 1, 1978. The total area is 53 mu, of which 46 Mu is green space, accounting for 82% of the total area, 2 mu is water surface, accounting for 3.5% of the total area, and 6.4 Mu is road construction, accounting for 11.5% of the total area. Under the jurisdiction of Xi'an city landscape Bureau, the park is a small but characteristic rest park.

The park belongs to three types of public welfare institutions, which are established at the section level and enjoy the financial balance allocation. The authorized establishment number is 35, and the actual number is 30, including 1 manager, 4 professional and technical personnel, 25 greening technicians and 17 retirees. According to the educational background, 12 people have college degree or above, accounting for 40%; 18 people have college degree or below, accounting for 60%. According to age, there were 13 people over 45 years old, accounting for 43%; 13 people between 35 and 45 years old, accounting for 43%; and 4 people under 35 years old, accounting for 14%. The educational background is generally low, and the age of personnel is generally too old, which brings some pressure to the park management. At the same time, the development of the park has been difficult for many years due to the impact of the economic environment of the surrounding areas and the limited self support conditions of the park. Since 2005, with the strong support of the newly established bureau of city appearance and landscape architecture, 1.1 million yuan has been invested successively to improve the overall environment of the park, renew the aged trees and plants, maintain the old and damaged infrastructure, and effectively solve the problems of aging power lines and unprotected production and domestic water.
