Wangwu building is located in the east of Beili bridge in the green belt around Jiaxing City. It is a group of antique buildings built in 2000. In other words, all you can see now is imitation buildings, and the location has changed. It is said that in the spring and Autumn period, when the two countries were at war, the greater the defeat, Gou Jian, the king of Yue, was determined to restore his country. To this end, he selected beauty Xi Shi to take a boat to the state of Wu. When the boat arrived at the North Tower of Jiaxing, the king of Wu sent a motorcade to meet her. Since then, people often came here to look up and hope that Xi Shi would return home as soon as possible. As time went on, the north gate of Jiaxing was renamed Wangwu tower. Jiaxing city wall was demolished in 1928. In 1999, Wangwu building was rebuilt at the old site of Beimen when Jiaxing City was carrying out the transformation of the green belt around the city. Now Wangwu building has become an important leisure place for citizens. Especially wangwumen square.
