Corbicula fluminea is connected with Chenghu lake and huangnidao Lake in Hubei Province, Yuandang Lake in the south, Jishui port in the East, and the waterway of the outer port line between Suzhou and Shenzhou passes through the whole lake. The total area of the lake is 7.78 square kilometers, including 2.86 square kilometers in Kunshan City and 4.92 square kilometers in Wujiang district. The total length of the lake coastline is 18.13 km, including 5.37 km in Kunshan and 12.76 km in Wujiang. The lake bank is tortuous and has many bays, the lake bed is not very smooth, and there is a great disparity between the depth and depth. The average elevation of the lake bottom is 1.2m, the lowest part is -2.43m, the normal water level is 286m, the water storage capacity is 8130000m3, the average water level for many years is 2.82M, and the highest flood level in history is 4.24M.
