To commemorate the 400th anniversary of Li Yu's birth, Mr. Li Changbai has worked hard in the field of Chinese painting for more than 60 years. He is one of the three outstanding representatives of Chinese fine brushwork flower and bird painting in the 20th century (< I Yufeian < / I, < I Chen Zhifo < / I, < I Li Changbai < / I). He has made great contributions to the education of Chinese painting. This exhibition is also Mr. Li Changbai's first solo exhibition in Nanjing.

Contemporary Chinese painters are also using their painting language to create colorful works of art. Chinese traditional art emphasizes inheritance and innovation. The latest works of 11 new and cutting-edge artists of Nanjing traditional Chinese painting will participate in this exhibition. On the basis of inheriting tradition, they explored the new possibilities of traditional Chinese painting. "The very state", in English, is the title I finally chose for this exhibition. "Ten" or "very" are adjectives here. They have double meanings here. One is "real and complete"; the other is "special and extraordinary". This small-scale exhibition is a segment of the development of contemporary art in Nanjing. These six artists are indispensable in the wonderful drama of contemporary art in Nanjing. These works on display are not only the presentation of each artist's life state, but also an epitome of the important efforts made by Nanjing artists in the development of Chinese contemporary art. After being instructed by famous painters such as Wei Tianchi and Yang Jianhou, they finally made great achievements and became famous painters and calligraphers.

Mr. Li Yukang pursues the feeling of decadence, frankness and no carving, and everything can be natural. The reason why his calligraphy works are flexible and easy to write well is that he attaches great importance to tradition and inherits the essence of the ancients so as to develop and carry forward them.
