Zifang Lake

Zifang lake is also called "Pinghu". In the Han Dynasty, Zhang Liang (Zi Fang) once stood on the mountain peak on the west side of the valley, trained his troops day and night, helped Liu Bang achieve great achievements, and then retired here. The lake covers an area of 1500 mu and is about 4 km long. There is a confrontation between the green mountains on both sides of the Strait, with green waters in between. Poetic and picturesque, drunk through the hearts of tourists. The dark green water and green mountains nestle together, showing a magnificent rippling scene. And there is a rare species in the lake: Peach Blossom jellyfish.

Tour time: 10-20 minutes (you can take a speedboat).

In the morning and afternoon, the lake is half cloudy and half sunny, with golden light flashing on one side and green and transparent on the other. At noon, it looks like a giant mirror, reflecting the direct sunlight, dazzling people. At the north end of the lake, there is a mountain peak that looks like a giant Buddha. The whole Giant Buddha not only has a lifelike face, drooping ears, crossed hands, sitting legs, but also has a lotus shaped hill under it. On a sunny day, the sky is full of white clouds, the mountains and rivers are misty, and the Buddha is hidden

If present, it will be marvelous. In the morning and dusk, when the sun shines, the Buddha is bright and vivid. It can be called a wonder of Yuntai mountain.
