Lingxuyan
Lingxu rock is a very famous cave in the thirty-six rocks of Wudang Mountain. It is beautiful and secluded from the world. It is an excellent place for enlightenment and practice.
Lingxuyan in Wudang Mountain was built in the song and Yuan Dynasties. In the 10th year of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty, temples were built to serve emperor Xuandi, Emperor Wenchang, Emperor zutianshi, Sun Simiao, Chen Tuan, etc., and Taoists were selected to burn incense. Lingxu rock is beautiful and secluded from the world. It is considered by hermits as the best place to practice. There is an imitation wood stone hall in lingxu rock. There were nine statues of Yuanshi Tianzun, Xuanwu emperor, lingxuzi and Tianguan in the stone hall, but now there are only three.
