The plot is divided into two areas, with the ground area of 14.06 hectares and 9.77 hectares respectively. Gaolong Bay is a first-line seascape tourist area planned by Wenchang City from 2008 to 2020. It is located in the core of the planning area, adjacent to the new site of Wenchang municipal government and the third ring road. It is 10 km away from the Wenchang satellite launch site under construction. The planned cross sea bridge is about 5 km away from the project. After the bridge is completed, land transportation will reach the space theme park for 15 km. Wanning bird's nest

Bird's nest is a nest built by swifts in the coastal rocks. In the southeast of Wanning County, Hainan Province, there is a small island called "Duzhou island" with an area of only one square kilometer. Every spring, many golden swallows come to the island to nest, lay eggs and hatch eggs.
