Nalin lake is located in Dengkou County, Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia. It is located in the northeast of Ulan Buh Desert. It is under the jurisdiction of nalintaohai farm of Bayannaoer Bureau of land reclamation. The lake is 40 kilometers away from Dengkou County, 120 kilometers away from Wuhai airport and 95 kilometers away from Bayannaoer City. With an irregular half moon shape, 8 km long and 1.5 km wide, Nalin lake has a water area of nearly 10000 mu. It is one of the largest freshwater lakes and important wetlands in Northwest China, and also a major breeding and migration place for birds. There are nearly 100 kinds of birds in the lake. Among them, there are dozens of national first and second level protected birds: White Swan, black swan, grey crane, egret, grey heron, goose, pheasant, wild duck, etc. There are many kinds of aquatic animals in the water, such as silver carp, carp, crucian carp, grass carp, catfish, soft shelled turtle, Wuchang fish, shrimp and crab. There are dense reeds growing in the lake, with an annual output of 2000 tons. There are six islands in Narin lake, the largest of which is about 150 mu. Around the lake, there are six agricultural branches of ten thousand mu of good land, which is a national pollution-free production base. The famous "narin brand" melon and "wangyedi" hay are the fist green products of the market.

A thousand mu of Populus euphratica is planted on the South Bank of Nalin lake, and the rolling sand dunes are on the north bank. Narin lake is just like a bright pearl inlaid in Ulan Buh Desert. Together with the shadow of sand sea camel, the setting sun in the desert, the vigorous sand plants and the idyllic scenery in the vertical and horizontal irrigation area, it constitutes the ruggedness and magnificence of the northwest. In summer, the air is fresh and the scenery is boundless. In spring and autumn, a variety of rare birds and exotic birds come here and inhabit on the lake, which is full of water and sky, forming a wonder in the desert.

Nalin lake is rich in natural resources and has considerable ecological value. It has a good development prospect and great development potential. It is another geomantic treasure land for Bayannaoer Bureau of agricultural reclamation to attract investment and develop tourism. It can also be connected with Sanshenggong water control project, Agui temple, Yinshan Rock Paintings, Arab League root and other scenic spots of the Yellow River to form a boutique tourism route. Over the past two years, the farm has invested more than one million yuan in infrastructure construction and transformation. The roads of the site extend in all directions, and the black oil road will lead to the lakeside. High and low voltage transmission and transformation lines have been introduced into Huzhou. In order to regulate the water quality, there are eight yellow river water intakes and one pumping station built around the lake, so that the lake water can be effectively recycled and the water quality can be ensured. Tap water, cable TV and communication network are complete. The newly-built narin tourist hotel and hotel, which can accommodate nearly 100 people at the same time, has been decorated with new decoration. The newly built sculptures in the farmer's street and the park in the middle of the street are "the rise of the state farms" and "the Corps monument", which symbolize the spirit of the people of the state farms who dare to explore, innovate and climb the summit bravely. The petrel on the top of the monument indicates that the people of the state farms are taking off their second venture.
