King Kong Pavilion

Jingangting is a key cultural relic protection unit in Hebei Province. It is located in the north of dacige Bay in the northeast of the county, 300 meters north by west of the county government. It is of brick and wood structure and contains two stone statues of Tang Dynasty. In l964, the county people's Government rebuilt it. The ridge was made of green bricks and tiles. Stone King Kong

According to records, when Xinghua temple was built in Ming Dynasty, two stone statues were excavated from the pond in front of the temple and placed in the gate of Xinghua temple. Later, because of the war, the temple collapsed, leaving only stone King Kong. In 1964, Nanpi County People's Government rebuilt the King Kong Pavilion, and the provincial people's government declared "stone King Kong" as a key cultural relic protection unit of the province.
