Taking Zhaoyuan town of Daqing City in Heilongjiang Province as the center, Jiulong tourist area is mainly composed of wangqingshan, sifangtan, Heishan, jixintan, jiangxindao, Sifangshan, Songhuajiang Zhaoyuan wharf, Miao Liangzi and other natural scenic spots. This area is dominated by the scenery of Songhua River and centered on the fish circle. "Jiulong" refers to Laoheishan, wangqingshan, Erlongshan, Sifangshan, jixinggang, mumugang, minzigang, dailonggang and heigangzi around Zhaoyuan City. The name of "Jiulong" originally comes from folklore. It is said that a Fengshui man believed that there were nine mounds around Zhaoyuan City to be "Jiulong". Later, it was recorded in historical records that the Qing Dynasty chose "Jiulong" to build Zhaoyuan City for the sake of "revitalizing commerce at different times". The title of "Jiulong" has continued to this day.

Jixin beach is located in the south of Zhaoyuan Town, on the left side of Songhua River. It is 3.2 kilometers away from Zhaoyuan port along the waterway. The beach is 2600 meters long, 320 meters wide at the widest, and covers an area of 65 hectares. It is named after its shape of Jixin. The golden Beach, green river water, and natural baths form a simple and beautiful nature center.

Heishan and wangqingshan are the core scenic spots of Jiulong tourist area. According to their own terrain, the scenery is pleasant, and there are lots of vegetation. They are natural hunting places and bathing places. Every midsummer attracts a large number of tourists to bath and sightseeing, and good hunters come to hunt in all seasons. In addition, there are two artificial scenic spots, Dongshan cemetery and Xihai park. Dongshan cemetery has been built. During the Qingming Festival, there are temple fairs, pilgrims and tourists. Xihai park is a public place of entertainment. In the morning and evening, it is a good place for the elderly to have leisure and entertainment.
