Fengdiegu city site

Located in Zhangdi Township, Zhouqu County, 17 kilometers east of the county seat, Bailong River flows through the northwest. As Bailong River is one of the key areas of "kaixinyi" during the Yuanding period of Emperor Wu of Han Dynasty, there are abundant ancient sites, ancient tombs, ancient castles and unearthed cultural relics. Among them, glazed pottery pots and rope tiles are unearthed in guazanzuiping ancient city and guazan ancient city in Fengdi area.

During the northern and Southern Dynasties, the capital of Dangchang was built here. Because of its dangerous location, it is a military fortress, which is the throat of Gansong ancient road.
