Located at the north end of Xiaoxihu bridge, it covers an area of more than 4 mu. The architectural style is a typical European architecture, with four towering towers surrounded by a tall dome. The top of the tower and the dome are made of titanium. Under the sunlight, they shine brilliantly. The 68 pillars outside the hall are 22 meters high and 90 centimeters in diameter.
