Lianhua rural tourism area is a national AAAA tourist area. It is located in the northeast of Chenghai District, Shantou City, connecting Dongli town in the East and Tiepu town in Chaozhou in the West. It is the "Golden Triangle" of Chaozhou, Chenghai and Raoping. It is adjacent to Lianhua Mountain in the north and Hanjiang River in the south, covering an area of 19 square kilometers. It is an old revolutionary town during the "World War II". Lianhua town has a unique geographical location. Chizhang highway (1930 line), a provincial highway, runs through the whole area. It is 1km away from Zhanglin "Golden Triangle" and 18km away from Shantou International Airport in Chenghai City. It is surrounded by Beixi, a tributary of Hanjiang River, with convenient water, land and air transportation.
