Architectural pattern

The Abbot's room of Yongquan temple is also called "Shengjian hall". It is said that when the king of Fujian invited master Yicun to preside over the temple in Gushan, Yicun couldn't get away from it. He recommended his master Shenyan to replace him. When Shenyan left Xuefeng, master Yicun was reluctant to part with him. He thought that Shenyan would do a great job and make Gushan surpass Xuefeng. So he said to the monks, "a holy arrow has gone straight to jiuzhong city.". So it is called "Shengjian hall".
