Kuaijishan Tiangong scenic spot

Kuaiji mountain, located in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, is a famous historical and cultural mountain in China, and also the birthplace of Maitreya belief in China. Here, Zhidun, an eminent monk of Jin Dynasty, translated a large number of Maitreya classics and wrote the famous praise of Maitreya. Here, the first Maitreya statue in China was born and the earliest Longhua Temple in China, the Longhua Temple in Kuaijishan, was built. In the Tang Dynasty, it was granted a plaque by the imperial court. With the support of Shaoxing Municipal and county governments and the guidance of Mr. Nan Huaijin, the construction of the pure land in Kuaiji mountain, namely, Douri Tiangong temple and Longhua temple, started in 2007. After nearly seven years of hard work day and night, this pure land, bearing the painstaking efforts and wishes of the founders, was finally born under the common protection of the Dharma guardians, standing majestically on the top of Kuaiji mountain and presented to the world.

The planning area of Douri pure land is 130 mu, which spans three peaks from north to south. It is divided into two main buildings, with a construction area of nearly 100000 square meters and a central axis of 2500 meters.

The planning and design of doubi pure land adheres to Mr. Nan Huaijin's concept of resource intensive and natural, occupying the smallest land area and creating the largest space for use. The pure land building complex is built on the mountain, with unique and reasonable planning function layout. With only 110 mu of construction land, it has created a large Buddhist cultural tourist attraction that can receive more than 3 million people annually.

From the south to the north, the Longhua Temple in Kuaijishan runs through the north and south, with carved beams and painted buildings, which are layered, pure, solemn and magnificent. With a construction area of more than 40000 square meters, Longhua temple is the largest royal style Buddhist temple in China. Among them, the residential pavilions in Jiangnan style, which are dotted with white walls, wooden columns and Dai WA, and the halls for worshippers and Buddhists, which are composed of red walls and glazed tiles, are perfectly matched. They are beautiful step by step, reflecting the architectural model of the Royal temples in the 21st century.

Separated from the water of the Longhua temple, it is the first time that the perfume sea has been shown for the first time in the world. In Buddhism's cosmology, Douri heaven is the fourth heaven in the world of desire, and the inner courtyard of Douri heaven palace is the place where Maitreya, the future Buddha, speaks for heaven and man.

Under the guidance of Nan Huaijin, a master of traditional Chinese culture, the original version of the temple is designed according to the three Sutras of Maitreya. It is composed of three parts: qichongbaoyuan, douhutianneiyuan and zijinlianhua. Qichongbaoyuan is the base of Tiangong, which is 99 meters wide, 180 meters long and 28 meters high. Baoyuan is surrounded by 5000 meters of white marble railings, like seven layers of white clouds setting off a giant lotus. Around the qichongbaoyuan are carved statues of Buddha and Bodhisattva of arhat in the sky, with a length of more than 4000 meters. Inside Baoyuan are the Buddhist Art Museum and the Eight Buddhist altars, including the water and land altars. The middle part of the Douri temple is the inner courtyard of the Douri temple, which is for the 33 meter high Maitreya Buddha, the largest sitting Buddha in the world. At the top of Tiangong is a giant purple lotus with 48 petals and a diameter of 56.7 meters, which is the largest in the world. Lotus is the symbol of Mahayana Buddhism, and the giant lotus represents Maitreya Bodhisattva's taking the five commandments and doing ten good deeds to the pure land. The giant lotus also represents the lotus that Buddha and Bodhisattva step on, on which the Giant Buddha without phase is worshipped. The Buddha is as big as the heart of the worshiper. The Wuxiang Buddha on the lotus also agrees with the meaning of "the Tathagata can not be seen from the body" in the Vajra Sutra. Inside the lotus is a splendid shanfa hall which can hold thousands of people.

In the night, the sky palace is even more illusory, like a dream. The colorful changing lights make people feel like entering the fairyland of heaven, and reappear the charming scene of "there are billions of lights on the lotus" in the Buddhist scriptures.
