On a bright morning, we walked into the yulinggu scenic spot in Xishuangbanna, where the fresh air and lush tropical plants formed a natural oxygen bar. Located in Menglun area of Xishuangbanna National Nature Reserve, 62.5km away from Jinglun highway, the scenic area covers an area of 89 hectares. It is an excellent tourist attraction integrating primitive tropical rainforest sightseeing, eco-tourism and popular science education. Dense, multi-level structure of the original tropical rain forest formed a three-dimensional plant ecosystem. In this vast forest, there are more than 100 kinds of national key protected plants and many rare wild animals.

Because the landform of yulinggu is in the shape of a valley, the most typical Valley rainforest is formed. The mountains in the valley are high, the forests are dense, and the plants block the sky. According to the situation, investors have built air corridors, sliding ropes and other entertainment facilities.

Under the guidance of the guide lady, the companions went up the air corridor one after another. The corridor is actually a suspension bridge built with steel cables. When I stepped on it, I was a little unsteady and lost my solid ground. I was wandering on the cradle like suspension bridge, and I just wanted to finish this journey earlier. If I didn't pay attention, I almost fell. Looking up, the tour guide had already gone to the center of the suspension bridge. She said patiently with a smile: don't be afraid. Hold both sides of the bridge with both hands and go slowly. It turns out that this seemingly simple corridor is also a test for people. I go forward with renewed vigour, drawing a perfect end to this man-made adventure.

The landmark landscape of yulinggu is a king of strangulation with a history of nearly 300 years. According to reports, a strangled plant has been growing tightly with another big tree since it took root and sprouted. On the one hand, the strangled plant absorbs water and nutrients from the soil, and on the other hand, it climbs close to the trunk of the big tree to grow many lateral roots, and countless lateral roots grow from the lateral roots, which will be firmly surrounded by the attached trunk. After hundreds of years, the roots of strangled plants have healed in contact with each other, and the attached trees have been strangled to death, but its countless roots have formed a huge tree. There are green trees and green grass around the king of strangulation. The clear stream flows past without any tension. However, who knows what kind of soul stirring survival war happened here hundreds of years ago? This is a war without smoke of gunpowder. In the seemingly silent world of plants, the battle of survival takes place every day. It is in line with the saying of natural selection, survival of the fittest.

Through the development in recent years, yulinggu has passed the evaluation of the State Tourism Administration, and has been rated as AA level scenic spot. It has become the first choice for tourists to return to nature, experience nature, carry out eco-tourism and carry out science education.

Xishuangbanna belongs to tropical rain forest climate. The dry season is from November to April, and the rainy season is from May to October. The annual average temperature is 21 ℃, long summer without winter, four seasons cool and pleasant, the best travel time is from October to next June.
