Haishi park is a karst landscape park, which contains many earth mysteries. As far back as 210 million to 240 million years ago, it was geologically called the Triassic period. Some mountain ranges are formed in the basin, among which Huaying Mountain is towering from the northeast. The origin of the name

In 1997, Mr. Liu Chonghua, chairman of huashengyuan company, actively responded to the call of the party and the government to "harness barren mountains and develop barren mountains", and actively devoted himself to the construction of shelterbelt green belt in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River, restoring the bird's voice, flower's fragrance and lushness here. In 2002, Professor Wang Jianli and Professor Zhao Yi from the school of resources and Environmental Sciences of Southwest Normal University, and Professor Wang Changsheng, director of the Tourism Department of Chongqing University of technology and industry, inspected the geological landforms here. They thought that it was "an underwater world 230 million years ago", so it was called "Haishi Park".
