Xianglu Temple

Xianglu temple is located at the top of Xianglu peak, 200 meters east of Jiaxian city. It is adjacent to the Yellow River in the East and is absolutely empty on three sides. Only in the northwest, it is connected with the ancient city gate of the county by a narrow path. In front of the peak, there is a huge stone with a diameter of 5 meters and a height of more than 20 meters. It is 2 meters away from the main peak and looks like a tall censer, so it is named the temple.

It is known as one of the eight scenic spots in Jiaxian county. The terrain of Xianglu temple is precipitous. The Xianglu stone rises in the air, and the broken bridge is extremely dangerous. When you stand on it, you will feel as if you are crossing the sky. When you look down, you will see the torrent of the Yellow River flowing down, surging. Jialin Yellow River Bridge runs across the East and West, like a dragon lying wave.

According to the existing steles in the temple, Xianglu temple was built in 1614 A.D. in the 42nd year of the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty. The main hall on the mountain is Notre Dame temple, with a side hall on the left and right, and a gate and stele square on the south. "Incense burner Night Photo" is one of the eight scenic spots in Jiaxian county. Because whenever the sun sets, the afterglow of the sun casts the reflection of the solitary Pavilion into the Yellow River, which is picturesque and poetic.
