Tongde park is located in Tianxin West Road, Tongde street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, with a total investment of 15 million yuan (excluding land) and a total area of 19560 square meters, including five functional areas: main entrance square area, art square area, sports activity area, quiet rest area and leisure activity area. Tongde park is expected to open to the public by the end of 2012.

Tongde park is expected to open to the public by the end of 2012.

On December 29, 2012, Tongde Park was successfully completed. After the launching ceremony of the park on April 29, 2012, Baiyun District carefully organized the coordination of construction land, project proposal, feasibility study report, project approval, environmental impact assessment, scheme design, preliminary design review, budget estimate review and project bidding in strict accordance with the capital construction procedures of the proposed project. The construction period of the park from October 12 to today is only 70 days. With the concern of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government and the efforts of the participating units, Tongde Park was successfully completed. The completion of the park has changed the history that Tongde park has no comprehensive community park, and has made a strong contribution to the ecological construction of Baiyun District.
