Dongfeng Park

Dongfeng park is located in the northwest of Guangzhou Avenue, covering an area of 4.2 hectares, including 3 hectares of lawn. With subtropical scenery as the main theme, the park has a beautiful environment. There is a beautiful fountain in the main entrance square, with a wide lawn arch, high and low palm plants and trees with Lingnan characteristics as the background. The scenery is pleasant, with birds singing and flowers everywhere, green grass and flowers.

The park is divided into swimming area, children's play area, leisure lawn area, elderly rest area and other scenic spots according to different activity functions. At the same time, there are green island western restaurant, fitness center, ground throwing court, parking lot, buffet and other supporting service facilities.

Main attractions

Children's play area: there are children's combined slide, equipped with all kinds of battery car, chasing car, laser chariot, small rotary plane, small lift plane, small rotating elephant, small Trojan horse, sand pool, Bobo pool, fishing pool, bouncing bed and other play facilities. Playing in the flowers makes children forget to return.

Leisure lawn area: covering an area of about 12000 square meters, with wide vision and green grass, it is pure Taiwan grass lawn. The lawn is well-developed and well pruned. Palm plants with Lingnan characteristics are scattered on the lawn. Trees and shrubs are growing vigorously and green all the year round. It is a good place to rest and sit.

Swimming zone: swimming is the most attractive summer water sports in Guangzhou parks. It is open to the public from May to September every year. The water playing area covers an area of about 4500 square meters. The area is divided into upper and lower pools with a water depth of 0.6-1.4 meters. The upper pool is a water playing area for adults, equipped with a massage pool to stimulate and keep fit while playing; the lower pool is for children to play with water, and there are two big mushroom booths in the pool.

Rest area for the elderly: a pebble paved jogging path with foot massage and health care functions is specially set up in the area, providing an ideal place for morning transportation and physical fitness for elderly friends.
