Tuquan, also known as Duquan, is located in Tuquan village, Liubu town. The village is named after Tuquan. The spring is in the middle of the village. The spring pool is 1 meter square and is built with stones. The spring water is clear and sweet, and it flows continuously all the year round. The water flows to the west side of the open channel through the hidden channel on the wall of the pool and flows to the street. The folk houses along the village streets are surrounded by streams and canals, and the village women beside the spring dress and laugh, showing the simple folk customs in the suburbs of Jinan everywhere

Tuquan spring is full of water and never dries up. Because the spring water gushes out of the cave in a convex shape, the later generations call it Tuquan after its shape, but there are also some people who gather here to get the name "Duquan". Qianlong's "Licheng county annals" states: "Duquan is located in the Huanggu temple in the southeast of Zhonggong, Xibao village, and flows to the head of all springs in DaiBei."

Zhu Zhuo described in his Duquan poem: "the rice pond and the forest gully are too secluded, and the Liubu people are near the market. The most beautiful scenery is Duquan, and the mountain flowers are like Embroidered Brocade in Yangchuan. " Tuquan was listed among 72 Famous Springs in Jin, Ming and Qing Dynasties.
