Lianfeng Mountain Park

Wanghaiting lianfengshan Park, also known as lianpengshan park. Because of the mountain linked with the peak of the second, the mountain looks like Lianpeng, also known as Lianpeng mountain.

There is a stone ladder at the south foot of Lianfeng mountain. Because the altitude is nearly 153 meters, it's very easy to climb the top of the mountain. At the top of the highest peak, there is a sea watching Pavilion. When you climb the pavilion, you can have a panoramic view of Beidaihe seashore. This is the most valuable place to see Lianfeng mountain.

There are Guanyin temple, Zhongting, zhujiafen, Taoyuan cave, Sanyan well, Lianhua stone, Weng stone, shelter stone, Duyu stone, lying stone and other places of interest in the park. There is a stone tablet beside the lotus stone. On the front of the tablet is Xu Shichang's poem titled lotus stone. On the back of the tablet is an inscription recording the whole process of the Public Welfare Association building the lotus stone park here in 1919. In 1991, the Tathagata temple was restored and the Huanshan road was built. In the park, architectural relics of the Qin and Han Dynasties were also found.

Lianfeng Mountain Park

Lianfengshan Park, also known as lianpengshan park. Located in the west of Beidaihe seaside center, the scenic area covers an area of more than 6000 mu. Founded in 1919, the park is the largest forest park in Beidaihe. It is characterized by mountain climbing, exploring in the forest, searching for history, oxygen bar and lung washing. The original topography and vegetation are well preserved. Because it is adjacent to the sea, the negative ion content in the forest is very high. The regular concentration is maintained at 3000-8000 / cm3, and the highest measured concentration is as high as 14000 / cm3, which is 10-20 times of that in ordinary cities. In 1954, the concentration of negative ions in the forest is very high The central government looks at Zhonglian Fengshan, where it has established a summer resort.

On January 4, 2017, lianfengshan Park was upgraded to 4A scenic spot.

Development history

Lianfengshan park is located in the west of the seaside scenic area. It was built in 1919 and was called lianhuashi park at that time. There is a huge stone in the park, which looks like a blooming lotus. It is called lotus stone. The surrounding mountains are like the receptacles of this lotus. The lotus is called Lianpeng, so this mountain is named Lianpeng mountain. Lianfeng has beautiful mountains, deep forests and secluded valleys. The villa is as picturesque as a poem. During the period of the Republic of China, nearly 20 of the "24 seaside scenes" were built here. It's an excellent place for mountain climbing and exploring in the forest.

geographical environment

The highest peak of the scenic spot is 153 meters above sea level, which is the commanding height of Beidaihe. At the top of the mountain, there is a sea watching Pavilion. You can have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of Beidaihe seaside. Lianfeng mountain is full of beautiful mountains, deep forests, secluded valleys, strange rocks and caves. All kinds of buildings and villas, hidden in the pines, have special taste, among which the most famous are "Lin Biao building" and "General Zhang Xueliang building". During the period of the Republic of China, twenty of the so-called "twenty four seaside sceneries" were here. In recent years, "hanwutai" has been found at the top of Longshan mountain in Lianfeng mountain, and the mysterious veil of Lianfeng mountain is gradually being uncovered. Lianfeng mountain scenic area, the mountains and the sea, lush flowers and trees, elegant and quiet, picturesque, ancient and modern visitors have chanted, people linger.

Main attractions

There are Guanyin temple, Zhongting, zhujiafen, Taoyuan cave, shanyanjing, Lianhua stone, wengshi, baifuyuan, Wofo cave, Fuyin spring and other places of interest in the park. Beside the lotus stone, there is a camel stone tablet. On the front of the tablet is the poem titled lotus stone created by Xu Shichang, then president of the Republic of China, in 1919. On the back of the tablet is the whole story of the Public Welfare Association building the lotus stone park here.

Wanghai Pavilion

Wanghai Pavilion is located on the main peak of Donglian mountain, which is the highest peak of Beidaihe seashore. The saying goes, "if you don't climb Lianfeng Wanghai Pavilion, you don't know Beidaihe after all.". You can see the height of the sky, the breadth of the sea, and the magnificence of Beidaihe from all directions. Please follow my direction to see shanhaiguanjiaoshan, Qinhuangdao port, pigeon nest, Jinshanzui Peninsula, zhonghaitan laohushi, Zhanqiao wharf, daihekou, Nandaihe seashore, Changli Jieshi mountain, Daihe, luotuoshi, Beidaihe railway station, and to the north is the continuous Yanshan Mountains. Lianfeng mountain has a quiet environment, fresh air and sometimes mirage.

Such a good environment, of course, has a strong attraction. For more than 100 years, villas and pavilions have been built among the green trees of Lianfeng mountain. Historical figures have lived there, and tragedies and comedies have been performed. Because of this, it adds a mysterious color to Lianfeng mountain. Probably, this is also an important factor in the charm of Lianfeng mountain.

Kamiyama

Also known as Shendu peak, it is located on the west side of Wanghai Pavilion. From afar, it looks like a bonsai. The cliff stone inscription with the word "Shen" is 12 meters high and 8 meters wide. It suddenly catches the eye and has a sense of awe inspiring. There are more than 30 famous stone inscriptions in the mountain. Climbing up the ladder, you can climb the "Shenqiao" flying between the two peaks. Standing on the bridge, with the blue sky overhead, looking around at the green hills, listening to the waves of pines, I feel like I am in a fairyland.

Longshan

It's southwest of donglianfeng mountain. The mountains are beautiful and the pines are like a sea. There are "baifuyuan", "shijianshi", "Taoyuan cave", "yueliangshi", "fuyinquan" and "Wofo cave" on the mountain.

Baifuyuan

In the stone forest, the word "Fu" written by calligraphers of all ages is carved on the stone. Each stone is a blessing, and its stele is full of hundreds, so it is called baifuyuan.

Shelter stone

Located on the hillside of Jiguan mountain, the two huge stones, which stretch forward obliquely and are like umbrellas, are more than 3 meters high and can accommodate 3 to 4 people. They are really good places to take shelter from the rain. The pine tree on the west side of the shelter stone, known as fenbrachi pine, is rooted in the cracks of the rock. It is vigorous and straight, with two branches stretching out, like a strong man fenbrachi pine. It is one of the most famous pines in Beidaihe. To the south of Linfeng Pavilion, there is also a stone urn. When visitors come here, they all clap the stone urn as soon as possible.

A touchstone

There is a huge stone in the south of baifuyuan, with a 10 cm gap in the middle, which looks like a sword splitting. It is said that when Cao Cao stayed here, he got a rusty sword. In order to test its sharpness, he held up his sword and cleaved it to the huge stone, which was suddenly divided in the lightning. The officers and soldiers marveled, and Cao Cao regarded it as a treasure. The local people call this stone "sword testing stone". On the south side of the trial sword stone is engraved the full text of Cao Cao's poem "watching the sea".

Taoyuan cave

This is a natural stone cave. There are three big characters "Taoyuan cave" on the top of the cave. There are ancient stone carvings on both sides of the entrance, and there is a poem that "Ziguan golden shoulder is patted together, Xi Xu is a paradise beyond the world". Above the entrance of the cave, the strange stone stands high and is named moon stone. Surrounded by pine forest, the cave is deep and elegant. It is really a "paradise".

Fuyin spring

There is a spring under Taoyuan cave, named Fuyin spring. It is said that Xue Liyi, a Baipao General of Tang Dynasty, poked out this spring. The poem says: the general is brave enough to conquer the sky. A halberd pierces the Banbi mountain, bringing in fresh water. Everyone often drinks from Fuquan. The original spring is more than 2 feet deep, clear and sweet, cool in summer and warm in winter. Local people often drink it when they climb mountains to collect firewood. It's a pity that it's dried up now, only the spring site.

Fairy Cave

Xianren cave is located 300 meters west of lianhuashi. It is about 5 meters wide, 4 meters high and 4 meters deep. It is said that it is the former residence of immortal.

Tourism information

Lianfengshan park is located in the coastal city. There are many hotels and seafood stalls around. You can enjoy the delicious fish, shellfish and crabs. The road in the mountain is gentle and there are many rest places.

Beidaihe seaside bus station can be reached by taking you No.1 (July 3 - August 25 summer tourism line) or No.5.
