natural condition
The reserve covers an area of 3125 square kilometers, with an altitude of 3266 meters and a lake ponding area of 660 square kilometers. The terrain of the reserve is flat, surrounded by mountains on three sides, with snow in winter and spring. More than ten rivers, such as Naqu River and Naizi River, flow through Caoyuan and flow into Napahai. There are nine natural sinkholes at the foot of laoku Yala xuenv mountain in the northwest of the sea. In fact, Napahai and Yila grassland are integrated. In rainy season, the water is relatively sufficient, and most grassland is covered by lake water, which becomes the sea. At the beginning of June, all kinds of wild flowers are blooming. In the vast grassland, Qionghua and yaocao are competing.
