Da Ya Tang

There are not many historic sites called "Da Ya Tang". It is well known as the "Da Ya Tang" in Du Fu thatched cottage in Chengdu, but the earliest Da Ya Tang. The "Da Ya Tang" referred to by the idiom "difficult to ascend Da Ya Tang" is the "Da Ya Tang" in Danling County, Meishan City, Sichuan Province. Danling Da Ya Tang is the only "Da Ya Tang" worthy of the name in China. Built in 1100 A.D. in the third year of Yuanfu in the Northern Song Dynasty, it was built by Yang Su, a famous scholar in Danling of the Song Dynasty (the grandfather of Li Tao, a historian in the Southern Song Dynasty), in order to realize Huang Tingjian's wish to carry forward Du Fu's Kuixia Poems. At that time, there were more than 300 stone tablets of Kuixia poems written by Huang Tingjian, a famous calligrapher and poet of Song Dynasty. Later, the Da Ya hall was destroyed in the war at the end of Ming Dynasty. Unfortunately, the stone tablets no longer exist.

The original text: since Yu was banished to Qianzhou, if he wanted to be a strange and powerful person, he engraved Du Zimei's poems of dongxichuan and Kuizhou, which made the sound of Da Ya disappear for a long time and make it full of Sanba's ears. Now we can see that Lu Lu can't do things, so it doesn't happen in my mouth. In Danling, Yang suweng took a boat to Qianwei, and then went down to Yuwu. He visited Yu in Rongzhou. After hearing this, I was glad to invite you to attack the hard rock and raise good workers. I will finish my work with Mai San food from Danleng and make a hall for the world. Since I was demoted to Qianzhou, Sichuan, I want to entrust a person with great talent and ability to engrave all the poems written by Du Fu in Dongchuan, Xichuan and Kuizhou, so as to make the long buried elegant songs resound through Bashu again. However, the people I met some time ago are mediocre people who can't do it. This desire hasn't been expressed for a long time. Yang Su, a native of Danling County, drove a small boat through Qianwei, Lingyun Buddha, Yuwu and came to Rongzhou to visit me. Listen to me, I want to entrust someone to engrave Du Fu's poems. He is happy to ask for the task of chiseling hard stones. He plans to recruit skilled craftsmen to engrave stones. It will be finished after the wheat is ripe in Danling county. At the same time, he will build a tall house to store and display the steles. I followed the name of "Daya" in the book of songs, the first collection of ancient Chinese poetry, and named the house "Daya hall". I wrote Du Fu's poems about Liangchuan and Kuixia to Yang su. This is a great event in Xichuan. It not only reproduces the beauty of Du's poems, but also makes the younger generation know that Yang Suzhen is worthy of being an open and aboveboard great man.

After the completion of the Da Ya Tang, Huang Tingjian named it "Da Ya Tang". He wrote a plaque and created a record of Da Ya Tang, which read as follows:

Danling, Yang suweng, is a great man. He was chivalrous in the Party of Zhoulu, and many of them were loaners. However, he was called Changxiong by courtesy rather than financial resources. I would like to write Du Zimei's poems about Kuixia in Sichuan Province, engrave stones, and collect good articles and happy events in Sichuan. Su Weng was pleased to ask Yu to be engaged in Yan, and he wanted to be a high house and a wide Ying to protect the stone, because he asked for Yan's name. I called it "Da Ya Tang" and told him that Du Zimei had been here for more than 400 years. He was a scholar of literature, and he was able to do what the world could. He was outstanding in his time, and he was not promoted to the hall of Zi Mei! I would like to taste with pleasure, knowing the place, note to a number of words; finally, no secular, no time to give at the beginning. Although the beauty of Zi Mei's poems lies in her unintentional writing, her unintentional intention has come to her. It is not widely used in Guofeng, Ya and song, but deeply used in Lisao and Jiuge. An Neng chews its meaning and rushes into its door! Therefore, if the younger generation asks for it, they will get it deeply; if they can ask for it with more words, they will think twice. Those who like to chisel, abandon their main purpose, take their prosperity, and think of things in the forest springs, people, plants, fish and insects they meet. Such as the world business degree of argot, then Zimei poetry commission to carry on. Suweng can engrave it in the hall. The younger generation is daunting, and an Zhiwu is not lax. He is a gentle person! In September of the third year of Yuanfu, Fu Weng wrote.

According to historical data, dayatang in Danling County, Meishan City, Sichuan Province is the only earliest one in Chinese history.

Main settings

The main building of Da Ya hall displays Huang Tingjian's calligraphy of Du Fu and Kuixia's poem stele, and the statues of Du Fu, Huang Tingjian and Yang suweng; Jixian hall displays Danling's cultural celebrities, biographies, historical materials and poem stele; tea shop, entertainment and leisure hall, conference hall, accommodation department and catering department for people's leisure, meeting and sightseeing. Cultivate the classical garden with plum blossom as the main part to reproduce the style of the ancient elegant hall.

The site is located at baiheling in the east of Danling city and was built in the third year of Yuanfu in the Northern Song Dynasty (1100 AD). It was funded by Yang suweng, a famous scholar in Danling. In the hall, there are more than 300 pieces of Du Fu's Kuixia poem stele written by Huang Tingjian. Huang Tingjian inscribed it "Da Ya Tang" and wrote "Da Ya Tang Ji". After the song, yuan, Ming, Qing, collection of many famous chanting Hall of poetry, calligraphy and painting. This is the origin of the idiom "not to be elegant".
