Mao weizhan, a native of Quzhou, is the father of the poet Mao Pang. In the first year of the Qing Dynasty, he was a Jinshi, and in the fourth year (1044), he was an officer of Jinyun County, and also a chief officer. During his term of office, he established a school, nurtured sages and was praised by later generations. Yunzhou was known in Yuanfeng (Gao'an, Jiangxi), and was relegated to Junzhou by Su Zhe. Mao and Su Zhe are in harmony with each other. There are many poems written by Su brothers and Mao weizhan.
