In the Tang Dynasty, at that time, the Chengguan town of Huating County, now located in Songjiang, was built in Town God's Temple, which belonged to Town God's Temple at the county level. Yuan to Yuan fourteen years (1277) Huating county was upgraded to Huating Prefecture, the next year it was renamed the Songjiang mansion, and Huating County Town God's Temple became the Town God's Temple of Songjiang Prefecture. Huating County Town God's Temple in the Tang and Song Dynasties and the temple of Songjiang in Fuyuan city in Yuan and Ming Dynasties, according to legend, are the generals of Han Liu Bang. In the Qing Dynasty, he was asked to ask in Town God's Temple.

Lu Chang temple was built in the Ming Jiajing period. It is a temple of the City God in the lower part of Town God's Temple. (like the current police station). Formerly known as the ancient temple of the old town god temple in Shanghai County, the temple (now at Yongjia Road No. 12), was once a sub Temple below the Town God's Temple of Songjiang. Lu Chang Temple belongs to the town level Town God's Temple, just like Town God's Temple in Zhujiajue now. Presumably, Lu Chang temple should have served Jixin and Li to ask. The old building of Luchang temple is still a remnant structure in a period after liberation. In the 1970s, the remains of the temple were used as school buildings for a primary school. Not long after the primary school was demolished, the temple building disappeared.

It is worth noticing that people eventually regarded a local figure Li Yu as the God of Town God's Temple as their master of the City God. What kind of new meaning did this compare with Ji Xin, Huo Guang (now one of the gods of the Yu Garden in Town God's Temple) and even Qin Yu Po as a God? Later, people in Town God's Temple, Shanghai, the statue of Chen Huacheng has been modeled, and Chen Huacheng has also been sacrificed to the City God.

Songjiang people miss him, respect him as the city god of the government, and worship him with statues. The birthday is the July 14th of the lunar calendar, and there is a grand temple fair in the temple of Fucheng.

Luchang temple was built at the beginning of Xinzhuang Town. It is an ancient temple. There are three treasures in the temple: ancient trees, ancient bridges and ancient peonies. At the end of the 1980s, there were also ruins of this temple. There were several acres of peach forest, old trees, ancient bridges and waves, full of wild interest. But now it has become a decoration market. The old trees are sandwiched between the shops in the market, and a new temple is set up beside the trees. It turns out that the miaojianhe River, which is rippling with clear waves and crowing with fish and frogs, has become a stagnant pool. Juxing bridge disappeared, and an iron fence cement bridge appeared in the original position of the ancient bridge.
