Qinglongqiao railway station is located in Yanqing District, Beijing, China.

In July 1907, the construction of Qinglongqiao station began.

In September 1908, Qinglongqiao station was opened to traffic.

In September 1908, the locomotive passed the Badaling tunnel for the first time, and Qinglongqiao station officially played a role.

On April 23, 1922, the completion ceremony of Zhan Tianyou's bronze statue and stele pavilion was held at Qinglongqiao station.

In 1923, Beijing Suiyuan Railway Bureau adjusted the classification of stations, and Qinglongqiao station was designated as a large station. However, due to the limited area of Qinglongqiao station, there was no waiting room for men and women.

In 1950, Qinglongqiao station abolished the first, second and third class tickets and changed them into soft and hard seats.

In December 1960, Qinglongqiao west station was put into operation. Qinglongqiao station was changed to receive and send only the up trains to Beijing, while Qinglongqiao west station received and sent the down trains to Baotou.

In 2006, Qinglongqiao station was named patriotic education base of Beijing Railway Bureau.

On June 30, 2007, Qinglongqiao station stopped selling hardboard tickets.

In 2008, the capital museum identified Qinglongqiao station as Beijing's industrial heritage, renovated and restored the old station building and the joint Tomb of Zhan Tianyou and his wife, and opened it to the public as a patriotic education base.

In August of the same year, Beijing Zhangjiakou Railway Line S2 opened, and Qinglongqiao station stopped handling passenger transport business.

In March 2013, Qinglongqiao station was designated as a national key cultural relics protection unit by the State Council.

On April 10, 2018, according to the national railway map, Qinglongqiao station no longer has national railway trains passing by. Instead, it only deals with the reception and departure of S2 trains in Beijing.

At the beginning of the construction of Qinglongqiao station, the main station building was built according to the third-class station style, with the main body of 19.69 meters long, 15.62 meters wide and 4.01 meters high. The plaque of station name is set above the center of the station building.

 

The plaque of Qinglongqiao station is 2.7 meters long and 1.2 meters wide, about 6.2 meters above the ground, written in black on a white background.
