Xishan hot spring

Xishan hot spring is located in the west of Yamanashi County, which is 37km from north to south in Zaochuan town. It gushes along the deep mountains and valleys of Zaochuan, the source of which is Beiyue, the highest peak in the Southern Alps.

Features of scenic spots

Hot spring has a long history. Legend began 1300 years ago. It is the oldest mysterious hot spring in the county. It is said that the famous generals Tokugawa Jiakang and Takeda Xinxuan also visited here. The natural gushing hot spring has a large amount of water, which is drinkable and famous for its remarkable curative effect on gastrointestinal diseases. In May, the "Southern Alps wild vegetable Festival" will be held. You can buy all kinds of wild vegetables and taste them on the spot.
