Wenxuan building was built in Ming Dynasty. It is of brick and wood structure, with relief and woodcut, simple and gorgeous. There is an ancient well in the reading building, which is called "prince well". It does not dry up all the year round. On the east side of the reading building, there is a "eye washing pool". It is said that the prince of Zhaoming read scriptures separately. His eyes are miasmatic. He washed his eyes with pool water to restore his eyesight.
