Dadong Bamboo Sea Scenic Area consists of two parts: Bamboo Sea Scenic Area and Dadong ancient human site. Dadong Bamboo Sea Scenic Spot is located in Zhuhai town (formerly LAOCHANG town) in the east of Panxian County, bordering Pu'an in the East, Mayi town in the South and Machang Township in the north. The area has a subtropical monsoon climate. The climate is mild, with no severe cold in winter and no severe heat in summer. The annual average temperature is 13.5 ℃.
