Under the premise of in-depth analysis of the plot and serious consideration of market demand, our hospital put forward the concept of vanilla manor. The manor planted a large area of vanilla, fragrant flowers, and the scene of blooming was like the rain of flowers all over the sky, beautiful and romantic. At the same time, taking the natural scenery and strong European sentiment as the composite carrier, it shows the enjoyment of happiness, relaxation and leisurely to the greatest extent, seeks a pure and simple home for the tired and heavy heart, and feels the most real happiness and comfort in the farm manor. In terms of the overall design style, we spread the vanilla romance with rich European continental style in the site of this project. After a comparative study, the architectural and garden style of Italian Renaissance is selected as the reference system. And on this basis, it combines the morphological characteristics and design concept of Chinese garden. According to the characteristics of the section, it is divided into several small areas, and the micro topography is introduced moderately, and the relative elevation difference is controlled between 0.8m and 1.5m. It can not only form high-level and low-level in each plot, but also form visual guide and barrier through organic design in appropriate position. In terms of products, our hospital put forward the plan of happy farm. At present, the more popular realistic version of happy farm is introduced into this planning, mainly through people joining the membership of the farm, adopting a piece of land and collecting fees. People can be farmers and landlords, and work, pick and harvest in the fields in their spare time to play the green food brand. The happy farm that we conceive is based on this, which is more closely combined with the network and closer to the network and real life mode of white-collar workers in Beijing. The website of "Huairou happy farm" is set up to interact with the scenic spot of "happy farm" in real time, and gain profits through value-added services.
