Shicong drinking

Wu Zetian, the emperor of Wu Zhou, visited Mount Song many times. When Empress Wu visited Zhongyue in May of the first year of Jiushi, she sang and danced along the Shicong River, had a feast for the officials, wrote poems and carved inscriptions on cliffs. According to this, it is called "Shicong Huiyin" in history. However, there is basically no road to this place. When small cars arrive at the saturated Road, they need to walk up the mountain and climb over the huge stone to get to the side of the cliff inscription. Of course, there are no tourists! Totally wild, only those who are interested in history will visit!

In ancient times, it was also known as "shuiyingshanzhen" and "shuishengjing". During the Double Ninth Festival on September 9, people bring wine and vegetables and come here to enjoy the beautiful scenery in the mountains. Empress Wu Zetian went to Shicong many times for pleasure, singing and dancing, feasting on officials, writing poems and inscriptions on cliffs. It is called "Shicong Huiyin" in history.

Main attractions

There is a cave named "Shicong" under the jade girl terrace in the southeast of Songshan mountain. Because the stone walls on both sides are towering, precipitous and jagged, there are huge stones in the stream, and there are many caves on both sides. The water strikes the stone and the sound of gurgling, so it is called "Shicong". Moss covered the rocks, clear stream water, warblers singing and swallows dancing in the sky, fish swimming in the water. There is a huge stone in the blue water pool, which is as flat as a case. Climbing on the stone, you can see far and wide, surrounded by mountains and water. The red sun reflects the river, the breeze slowly blows on your face, the mountains are beautiful, the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant.
