Songshan Ciyou Palace

Songshan Ciyou palace, commonly known as "Songshan Mazu Temple", was first built in 1753, with a history of more than 200 years. It is said that after becoming an immortal, Mazu often rescued ships at sea. In Taiwan's belief, Mazu is a very common God.

Songshan Ciyou Palace

Songshan Ciyou palace, formerly known as Xikou Mazu Palace (formerly known as Xikou), is also known as Songshan Mazu temple. It was officially built in 1753. It is the spiritual conversion of the residents of Xikou xixixixixin village, Songshan street, Zhouwei village, Xixin village, houshanpo village, Zhongpo village, Wufenpu village, Xingya village, sanzhangli village, checeng village, Zhonglun village, Dongshi village, tayou village and Jiuli village .

Since its establishment, Songshan Ciyou palace has been holding the spirit of the goddess of heaven's mercy, giving full play to the spirit of drowning oneself and others. Every year, it has held emergency relief, winter relief, student Merit Scholarship and other activities, sparing no effort in caring for the disadvantaged groups and promoting local welfare.

In recent years, the incense of Songshan Ciyou palace has become more and more prosperous. This is the religious belief of all believers in the goddess of heaven. They will continue to uphold the virtue of Mazu and carry out social charity and cultural undertakings.
