Chuanyan cliff carvings

There are two cliff carvings in Chuanyan. One is the "pancreas of mountains and rivers" written by Jiang Hanqing in 1866. The stone carvings are 50 cm in diameter and are carved on an inclined rock at the entrance of the cave. The implication is that Chuanyan is surrounded by beautiful mountains and rivers, countryside and villages, which is a fertile land. The other is written by Pan Lin, a general of Nanhai war in Guangdong Province in 1817. The stone inscription is 100 cm in diameter and is located on a stone wall about 6 meters above the entrance of the cave. After visiting, Mr. Mo naiqun, a famous calligrapher and historian in Modern Guangxi, greatly appreciated the calligraphy art of this cliff stone carving.
