Yanziling

Yanziling, located at the junction of Linqu County of Weifang City and Zichuan District of Zibo City, is 876 meters above sea level. Under it is Yanziling village, the highest natural village in Shandong Province, known as "Little Tibet in Shandong".

Resource overview

This is the production and planting base of flue-cured tobacco in Zibo and Weifang. Farmers in both places plant yellow tobacco, drought resistant sorghum, corn, millet, sweet potato, potato, radish, Platycodon grandiflorum, bupleurum, asarum and other medicinal materials in their respective fields. In the golden autumn, the crops are ripe, the corn is golden, the sorghum is red, and the tobacco leaves are green, forming a beautiful pastoral picture, which is similar to the Longji terrace. In the distance, the mountains are stacked like barriers.

Yanziling is known as "Little Tibet" in Weifang, and it is also known as "stepping on four counties with one foot, and hearing the sound of chickens in three cities". To the East is Yanziling village in Linqu County, to the north is xialonggong village in Qingzhou City, and to the south is Pingdi village in Yiyuan County. It is the boundary point of the three counties and is distributed in a ladder shape. Surrounded by three county top, green cliff top, heihutai and other mountains, each other for Gongwei, winding mountains, lush forests and dense grass, brilliant flowers, fresh air.

When the weather conditions are excellent, we can see the second bright star in the whole day -- laorenxing in Yanziling. This is also the northernmost latitude where the bright star is known to be visible in China.

From Yanziling to the East is a downhill county-level highway, which leads to Songshan, Wujing and even the county seat of Linqu County, to Ezhuang township of Zichuan District to the west, to Yangji town of Qingzhou City to the north, and to Sancha Township of Yiyuan County to the south.

Development and protection

The two new parking lots at the top of the mountain have been built into Yanziling RV Camping Park, which is the first Alpine RV project in the province. It focuses on building heihutai sightseeing area, adding wooden plank road, pavilion and related tourism facilities, building 60 RV spaces and 120 camping tent spaces, which can receive 500 tourists at a time.
