The stone building is located in the south of Huancheng Road outside the South Gate of Shangqiu County and on the North Bank of the ancient song river. In 772, it was built at the former site of Kaiyuan Temple to commemorate Tian Shen, the festival envoy of Henan Province, who retreated from Anlu mountain to relieve the siege of Suiyang. There is an octagonal pavilion on the top and an octagonal stone building on the bottom. It is 2.67 meters high and 0.5 meters wide on each side. It is engraved with the inscription of "Song Zhou BAGUAN zhaihui Baode Ji" written by Yan Zhenqing, a calligrapher of the Tang Dynasty, when he was 64 years old. The original name of the pavilion is "Yan Lugong's tablet record", which has 943 words and is 3 inches square. Huichangzhong (841-846) imperial edict destroyed half of it. In the fifth year of Dazhong (851), cuiluo, the governor of Songzhou, made up a copy of it and then destroyed it in the Ming Dynasty. Song, song Quan, Zhang he and others rebuilt or moved many times, and Hou Fangyu wrote about them. During the "Cultural Revolution" in 1966, both steles and pavilions were destroyed. There is an abandoned well in the site. Several pieces of Steles and rubbings are now under provincial protection.
