Yanta park is a short way to the river. It is across the river from Xishan pagoda. The two pagodas lock the water in the river and add the river to the lake to see the clear water. It can be said that it is a beautiful scenery in Zengcheng. Yanta, the symbol of Zengcheng, is located by the Zengjiang river. This tower is under the town and looks across the river from the Xishan tower. "Double towers lock the water in the river" means to keep money in Fengshui. It is said that since the founding of the county and the establishment of the pagoda in Song Dynasty, corrupt officials in the county government were unable to take away Zengcheng's money. Later, some corrupt officials used their power to break the Xishan pagoda. In 1998, Xishan villagers raised money to rebuild the tower, and it happened that the book was completed. As soon as the tower was built, county magistrate Zheng was arrested for corruption.
