Daixiu Lake Park is located in Sanhe Road, Xiangfang District, Harbin City, adjacent to Jiankang road in the East, Heilongjiang Forest Botanical Garden in the west, Yuanda ecological park in the South and Riverside Park in the north, covering an area of 5 hectares.

Daixiu Lake Park is the first hydrophilic park with the theme of "reclaimed water" in Harbin. It was officially opened to the public in June 2007.

Main attractions

The main landscape of Daixiu Lake Park is a curved artificial lake covering an area of 1.8 hectares, forming an ecological landscape area. Ecological island, hydrophilic platform, fisherman's Wharf, water landscape architecture and other characteristic facilities have been built along the coast. There are not only beautiful fish in the lake, but also reed, water lily, lotus and other aquatic plants.

There is a unique glass bridge in Daixiu Lake Park, which spans Majiagou and connects Daixiu Lake Park and adjacent botanical garden. According to reports, the glass bridge is more than 30 meters long and the widest part is about 10 meters. It adopts a unique shuttle shape. The steel frame is inlaid with 408 pieces of toughened laminated glass, and the wooden bridge deck and handrails make the whole bridge appear bright and clear with a strong three-dimensional sense. At the same time, it is also the first shuttle glass pedestrian bridge in Harbin.
