Shiping Xiushan

Shiping Xiushan is located 10 kilometers west of Shiping County, south of Baoxiu Town, southwest of Baoxiu Town, Wuying village, 12 kilometers away from Shiping County. It is one of the famous mountain resorts in southern Yunnan. Zhenjue temple was built in Hongwu Period of Ming Dynasty and rebuilt many times in Qing Dynasty. The existing ancient buildings include Shanmen, Daxiong hall and Lingyun Pavilion. Inside the hall, there are statues of Sakyamuni, and on both sides there are statues of Puxian and Manjusri. In 1983, it was announced as a cultural relic protection unit of Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture.

Beautiful and elegant

between. Shiping Xiushan, formerly known as "Jiushan", is surrounded by luxuriant forests and bamboos, beautiful ancient trees and rare flowers. In the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty, the temple was renamed "Xiushan" by local literati. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Ren Ying, a native of Shiping Prefecture in Honghe, Yunnan Province, wrote the poem "Ode to Xiushan", which vividly depicts the beauty of Xiushan: "there is no place to pine, the flowers are fragrant, the sky is flat, the spring is flying, the sound is still alive, the pavilion pillow is green and the mountain is flowing.".

At the foot of the shimmering reservoir in Shiping Xiushan, Honghe County, Yunnan Province, there is a "rest Pavilion" built in the Qing Dynasty. The pavilion is exquisite and elegant. There is a stone tablet beside the "rest Pavilion" with the word "Xiushan" written on it. It was written by Tu yingheng in Shiping, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province in the Qing Dynasty. This cursive brush is elegant in shape and spirit, starting from the dragon. Visitors come here to have a rest, overlook the green mountains and rivers, listen to the birds, cicadas and enjoy literati's calligraphy, and feel exhausted. After that, I went up the stone path at the foot of Shiping Xiushan mountain in Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province. I climbed to the top of the mountain and looked at the mountains from afar. I could see the emerald mountains and the momentum like a horse taking off. Overlooking the chirui lake at the foot of the mountain, I could see the lotus filled lake. I could see the scenery of baoxiubazi Lake in Shiping, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province.

True feeling of Xiushan

There is a temple on Shiping Xiushan, formerly known as Zhenjue temple. Zhenjue temple was built in Tang Dynasty and rebuilt several times later. It was renamed Xiushan temple in Qing Dynasty. Zhenjue temple in Xiushan, Shiping County, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province consists of a courtyard with a gate, a front hall, a left and right side hall, a wing room and a main hall.

In 1924, Lingyun pavilion was newly built. It is a three-story building. It has been built to support the sky with flowing Dan and towering green. The sound of Fanling is clear and refreshing. Yuan Jiagu, the top economic scholar in the Qing Dynasty, wrote a couplet at the gate of Zhenjue temple: "Xiushan, Qifeng, yingsanbao, shanse, Huguang and Qipan.". In front of the great hall, yuan Jiamo, a famous modern poet, wrote a couplet: "travel around the world for three thousand years, only love the empty mountains, the wind and the moon, the ancient temples, and listen to the sound of the Vatican bell; look at Yingpan 12, and ask who will write the green field, mulberry and hemp, and the Yellow cloud farming into the poem volume, and care about every word." Around Zhenjue temple in Xiushan, Shiping, the ancient cypresses are towering, and the sun is covered with thick shade: the ancient plum trees in the temple are vigorous, and the flowers are like snow in the blooming season, and the fragrance is full of the temple; to the west of Zhenjue temple in Xiushan, Shiping, there is a pool of clear spring, which refreshes people's heart when they drink cold, and the turbid air disappears. When they get the Suoluo tea, a special product of Xiushan, the fragrance overflows, and visitors enjoy drinking it.
