Laoduixi

The scenic spot is a newly launched scenic spot in the Grand Canyon of Western Zhejiang, which is characterized by the integration of landscape and cultural landscape (Agricultural Cultural Landscape). It is located in a section of Canyon upstream of the Grand Canyon, with steep mountains and beautiful scenery. Along the stone steps gradually into the scenic area, on both sides of the strange stone forest, changing scenery, another dizzying. Finally, there is "Scarecrow square", where you can see real antiques: oil truck, water wheel and water mill. If you are interested, visitors can also participate in the whole process of oiling. In fact, these ancient production tools also tell the origin of laoduixi's name: the mountain people here have lived on the mountainside and mountaintop deep in Baiyun for generations. When there was no electricity and no grain processing plant, the mountain people used the stream water as power, and built water pestles along the stream to pound rice, grind flour and draw oil. Therefore, laoduixi got its name.

Scenic resources

Here, the main scenery is the stone in the river, which looks like the bow of a boat. The stone is nearly 10 meters high and 20 meters long. In the west, it looks like a red flag in the wind. In the front, it looks like "a giant ship going to sea", which is very durable. The terrain here is relatively flat, which is a rare open area in the canyon. Now we have restored the old water pestle, old oil tanker, old ash stove and other facilities, and set up Scarecrow square, classical carpentry factory, natural foot bath center and so on.
