The Kuaiji mountain in the southeast of Shaoxing City was named after Dayu's flood control, where he met the princes and rewarded them for their merits. Kuaiji mountain is located in the southeast of Shaoxing City, about 6 kilometers away from the city center, covering an area of 5 square kilometers, with Yuling, bainiao paradise and Xianglu peak as the main landscapes.

Kuaiji mountain resort is mainly composed of Dayu mausoleum, Bainiaoyuan and Xianglu peak. In 2198 B.C., the Xia Yu assembly established the first Chinese dynasty "Xia" in Shaoxing. Kuaiji mountain is a famous town for emperors to sacrifice. Gu Kaizhi said that Kuaiji mountain is "beautiful with thousands of rocks, contending with rivers, covered with vegetation, like clouds and clouds". The nobles of Jin Dynasty, such as Wang Xizhi and Xie an, settled in Shaoxing. Historical records

Dayu, an ancient water control hero who never entered his home three times, had four major events in his life: Fengchan, getting married, Jigong, and burial in Kuaiji mountain, leaving a sacred place for generations to worship him Dayu mausoleum. During the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period, Kuaiji mountain was the military hinterland fortress of Yue. Soon after Qin Shihuang unified China, he "went to Kuaiji and sacrificed to Dayu" and paid homage to the Kuaiji mountain, which had the spirit of "emperor" and "King". After the Han Dynasty, it became a Buddhist and Taoist resort. The Yangming cave in the mountain is the eleventh cave of Taoism, and the censer peak is a Buddhist resort. In the Tang Dynasty, it became the gateway of Tang poetry in eastern Zhejiang. Wang Yangming (Shou ren), a great Confucianist in Ming Dynasty, lived in seclusion in this building, studied the theory of mind, and created "Yangming school".
