Wengting Park

Wengting park is located in the central area of Qionglai City, covering an area of 2792. As early as the Western Han Dynasty, it was the private garden of Zhuo wangsun, a rich man in Linqiong. According to historical records, it was the place of farewell banquet in Qiong town in Tang Dynasty. In Song Dynasty, "Hongdu Hakka hall" was built. By the Ming Dynasty, two large urn with five baht coins had been excavated from JUNHE pond. The park was also named "urn Pavilion" because of its construction. It has been cultivated for generations.

Wengting Park

Wengting park is located in the central area of Qionglai City, Chengdu, covering an area of 2792 square meters. As early as the Western Han Dynasty, it was the private garden of Zhuo wangsun, a rich man in Linqiong. According to historical records, it was the place of farewell banquet in Qiong town in Tang Dynasty.

In the 25th year of the Republic of China (1936), it was expanded into a "new park" (corresponding to "Wenjun well" called "old park") and named "Linqiong Park". After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the park has been maintained and expanded, with additional scenic spots, covering an area of 4000. There are islands in the center of the lake, Hibiscus in spring and autumn, lotus in summer, willows on the lakeshore, and small birds. There is a boat square in Hunan Province, which is shaped like a boat. There are pavilions and pavilions on the boat, with carved hurdles and painted buildings. In addition to the ancient urn Pavilion, there are also "Feixian Pavilion", "Hongdu guest hall", "waterside pavilion", rockery and arch bridge, which are full of tourists and boats. Cai Yueyan, a native of Linqiong, vividly describes the beautiful scenery of wengting park with his poem "peach blossoms falling, catkins flying, red lotus lake mountain rain". Eight scenic spots are being planned and constructed: Gate area, landscape area, green area, Shibei culture area, children's activity area and elderly activity area.
