During the reign of Emperor Qianlong, there was a Tangshan cloth peddler who stayed at the end of the mountain in an's house. One day, he hoped to build a temple on zhaijiaoyu island to protect the people's health and honor him as "the king of Zhou's house". Later, he gave the gods a statue.
In the 11th year of renxu period of the Republic of China, he worshipped the deities. He was deeply moved by his bad ethics, widespread pestilence and suffering of people's livelihood.
