Xiushanmen Museum, Chizhou

The inside of the ancient city building and the city wall building is a museum. The wooden doors, windows, brackets, stone drums, stone lions, etc. in the museum are collected from the ancient folk buildings, and are reasonably matched with the architectural style of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Covering an area of 7000 square meters and a total construction area of 11000 square meters, the museum is one of the largest museums with ancient architectural characteristics in China, which mainly displays wood carving, stone carving, brick carving, plaque and other ancient architectural cultures with different regional characteristics, supplemented by porcelain, calligraphy and painting, embroidery and other display art culture related to architectural culture.
