Qingxi Cultural Park

The Cultural Park, covering a total area of 92000 square meters, is located in the central area of Qingxi Town, Dongguan City. It is a city with rich leisure characteristics, which is deeply excavated and reshaped by beautiful landscapes, precious plants and local traditional culture, with river scenery as the main body, Hakka culture as the feature, and human landscape as the embellishment. It integrates the functions of recreation, entertainment, fitness, children's recreation, etc The town is a comprehensive park.

Park Construction

The park is mainly equipped with Qilin square, Songhe square and other theme squares, and dozens of beautiful scenic spots, such as Guanxiang Fucui, Jiuqu Huaxi, yinluping lake, folk song evening, etc. The cost of the project is about 24 million yuan. The project was started on July 15, 2007, completed at the end of January 2008, and officially opened to the public on February 1, 2008.

After the opening of the park, efforts have been made to strengthen management and improve facilities. In March 2008, about 4.4 million yuan was invested in the construction of an additional North Square covering an area of 6990 square meters in the north of the park. The project was completed at the end of November 2008. In order to further enrich the leisure cultural life of the retired cadres and veteran comrades in our town, a special area was set up in the Cultural Park, and about 800000 yuan was invested to build a recreational home specially for the veteran comrades. The leisure home covers an area of about 250 square meters. It took more than eight months from March 2008 to December 15.
